Shipping & Returns

Our standard shipping options are United Parcel Service (UPS).

Business Days:
Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

FedEx:
Overnight Orders must be placed by 12 noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day.

Processing Time:
Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday.

Hazardous Materials

Due to air transport regulations, certain products such as alcohol base (fragrances), may only be sent by ground. For these shipments we offer FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS Ground (Parcel Post) and FedEx 2-Day our P.O. Box customers should select USPS Ground (Parcel Post).

Returns

Returns are to be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 7 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less any shipping charges.

We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any unsealed or used items. Please make your selections carefully.

We require the following information to process your return. (If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.)

  • Full name and address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Original Invoice
  • Your reason for returning the merchandise

All returns must be shipped back to PERFUMESTAND.com using a trackable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)

Any package that has not been received by PERFUMESTAND.com and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

**Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange.

If your package is returned to PERFUMESTAND.com marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge a $6.95 re-shipping fee.
